The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, and one queen bed in the living area. The layout works well for couples, small families, friends, and professionals visiting Bentonville for business or recreation.



The open living area offers comfortable seating and a smart television. The full kitchen features updated appliances, quartz countertops, a Keurig, and the essentials needed for preparing meals between outings.



Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, board games, step-free elevator access, and a private washer and dryer. Secure bicycle storage is available in a designated area at the corner of the parking lot.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo, full kitchen, living areas, dedicated workspace, private laundry, and elevator.



The elevator provides step-free access to the condo.



A secure bicycle-storage area is located at the corner of the parking lot and has a separate combination lock. Access information will be provided to registered guests before arrival.



Two designated parking spaces marked for Unit 21 are available behind the building.



Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.

Bentonvilla is located in downtown Bentonville on a quiet street approximately a five-minute walk from the Bentonville Square.



Guests can easily reach downtown restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, museums, parks, and entertainment. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Scott Family Amazeum, and Northwest Arkansas mountain-biking trails are also nearby.



Getting Around:

Many downtown Bentonville restaurants, shops, museums, parks, and attractions can be reached on foot or by bicycle.



Secure bicycle storage is available in a designated area at the corner of the parking lot. A vehicle is useful for exploring destinations throughout Northwest Arkansas, and two designated parking spaces are provided behind the building.



Other Things to Note:

Bentonvilla accommodates a maximum of six guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.



Pets are not permitted in accordance with HOA policy.



Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



The condo uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.



Step-free access is available by elevator.
