Nestled among lush green trees and lovely gardens, our single level home offers a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Bentonville.



The interior features four spacious bedrooms:

Thoughtfully designed for your comfort. The living room serves as a cozy gathering space, and our fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances like a dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker to make your stay easy. Park your bikes in the garage for safe keeping after your adventures and enjoy outdoor living on the backyard covered private patio, complete with a barbecue grill, fire pit, and hot tub!



Whether you are visiting to work or play (or both!) we offer everything you might need. High speed internet, a dedicated workspace, a ping pong table, and board games will help you balance your stay.



Guest Access:

Private entrance through the front door or garage with a door on the back of the house to the backyard. Codes will be provided for easy, stress-free access.



The Neighborhood:

Nice neighborhood with sidewalks to access nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores on foot or bikes.



Getting Around:

Located just 5 minutes from downtown, 4 minutes from the Momentary, and 9 minutes from Crystal Bridges, the location is ideal for peace and quiet and having any event at your disposal.

You will find special instructions for jacuzzi usage in the entryway.



Pets are allowed at this property. Pet fee does apply to all pets, and is $40 per pet per stay. Your pet is not allowed on furniture at any time. Your pet is required to be crated when left alone in the house. You will be fully responsible for cleaning up your pets waste out of the yard and extra fees will apply for any and damage left by your pet.
