This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was designed for families, cyclists, and friends looking to experience Bentonville — and we`ve set it up so you can ride hard, work when you need to, and actually relax at the end of the day.

House Rules
Check-In: After 4:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Please let us know if you need a late check-out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are not allowed at any time on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings. This home is best suited for small groups or families. No eating in the beds or bedrooms. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violation of any house rules will result in fines to the guest of $250, along with the cost of any damages and/or extra cleaning costs.
