Bear's Den is a three-bedroom Bentonville home that makes it easy to enjoy the city while still having a comfortable place to come back to. The main living area has an open layout connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining space, making it easy for everyone to hang out.

The living room has a couch, two chairs, and a Roku Smart TV with streaming options. Just nearby, the dining table seats six with two additional barstools. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals at home.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three bedrooms:

(1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, dresser, walk in closet, and a large, attached bathroom.

(2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom

(3) Third bedroom - Queen size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.



Outside, the private fenced patio has a table with four chairs and a propane grill. It's a convenient spot for a morning coffee, an outdoor meal, or relaxing after a day in Bentonville.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Bear's Den is located in Bentonville near Crystal Bridges, Downtown Bentonville, The Momentary, 8th Street Market, Walmart's campus, and the city's extensive bike trail system.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

★ The garage is not suitable for full‑size trucks or oversized vehicles.

★ The property does not have dedicated bike storage such as hooks, wall mounts, racks, or bike stands inside the home or garage.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
