The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, one double bed, and three single beds. The flexible layout works well for families, groups, and travelers visiting Northwest Arkansas together.



The home features comfortable gathering areas, a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, central air conditioning, televisions, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. A jetted bathtub provides a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring.



Outside, guests can enjoy the patio, gas grill, and fully enclosed yard. The garage is available for vehicle parking and secure bicycle storage.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Bentonville and the surrounding Northwest Arkansas area.



Downtown Bentonville, museums, restaurants, shopping, parks, and regional trail systems are accessible by vehicle. On-site parking is available for up to six vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The Brick Beauty on Cabriolet accommodates a maximum of nine guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.



One dog is welcome. No additional animals are permitted without prior approval.



Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.



The backyard is fully enclosed, but guests remain responsible for supervising children and dogs throughout the outdoor areas and cleaning up after their pets.



The home has a single-level layout with no steps required at the entrance or inside. A jetted bathtub is available for guest use.
