« Parking is non existent. No signs, have to park in street and pay to park during day. Instructions confusing and do not mention having to pay to park. Room was as advertised and truly classy and clean inside. Shower was amazing, but bottles of Body wash and shampoo were EMPTY, no hand soap, had to wash with water ONLY! Stayed on first floor, plumbing pipes for upstairs rooms are exposed in the room and everytime someone flushed toilet or run water you hear a flood of water rushing right above...

« Only a few people there on Thursday night. Only coffee available Friday morning, no breakfast. Not sure if there was breakfast on Saturday. On Saturday morning housekeeping banged on our door multiple times. We had to tell them we paid for late check out. It was frustrating. Why didn’t they have or read the hotel report. I probably would stay again but we will probably never be back in that part of the country again. We were only there for a concert at the casino. »

« Arrived about 2:30 pm Sept 5. Walked in to check in, lobby was super hot and muggy. Check in took awhile because of computer issues and the guy checking in got a phone call, understable. We got to the room, it smelled musty and the air was so sticky in the room it would not cool down but just kept getting more sticky. No possible way to get comfortable. The base boards looked rusty and moldy. The shower was filthy and stained. We decided we would not stay and went back to talk to the front...

« The bathroom was dirty.. lots of accumulated old dust and dirt that had been there a while. Towels were old and done were very very dingy. Lots of large spider webs in sleeping room. The floors were very dirty. Walking barefooted your feet were black quickly. Had to go to store and buy fly swatter. There were at least 15+ flys in the room to kill.
