Unforgettable experience.

In April I booked rooms at Srirangam and Kumbakonam through Hotel.com we stayed at Ragas Grand at Kumbakonam which was so wonderful and comfortable stay. But Hotel Aab Residency was so unpleasant and uncomfortable. The Linens, bed sheets and towels were so dirty and full of stains. Soap and shampoo have to be demanded. The complimentary breakfast was inadequate. Inadequate room boys . The bath rooms are full of stains and dark. The lighting of the rooms also not working properly. The in one of our room not functioned. What we see in the room display of the hotel website is not available in reality. Hotel.com should periodically inspect the hotels they recommend to maintain their reputation. I am sorry to write this since the stay away from home was so uncomfortable. Even if it is one day the day should be remembered and cherished.

I wasnt given the room,because our adresses were local.We should have been given the information before hand,Instead of wasting our time and getting us frustrated.

Never booking through hotels.com

This has to be the worst hotel experience ever. We reached at 9PM and had constantly reminded the hotel of our late check-in. In spite of that, we were asked to wait for nearly 30 mins before the front desk processed our check-in. Then, the shocker of shocks! We weren't denied admission because my address proof was from the local city. Never was it mentioned on hotels.com that rooms are not available for localites. After much deliberation and about 30 calls to supervisors and explaining that we need a room as we had an early morning flight to catch, we were given a room. The shower didn't work; the water closet didn't work; the beds were improper; the windows were shattered; AC wasn't working. The list goes on. I'll never book through hotels.com again

Booked the hotel in order to catch my early morning flight from 'Bangalore Kempegowda International Airport'. It take hardly half an hour to reach the airport in the early morning. The hotel is pretty easy to find out for some one coming out of the city. The room is equipped with air conditioner. The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing & the bedsheets and blankets in the room were not fresh. The restaurant and the food they have served was really good.

Nice hotel for my business trip

I got a very good rate from Hotels.com for this hotel (OYO Rooms) and I was not disappointed with what I experienced. As this was a business trip, all my needs were met. WiFi was functional all the time, room was clean, AC was working and food conveniently available. Importantly, great pricing (less than Rs. 1000 per night incl taxes).

they messed up my reservation , the front desk had no clue about my reservation ,and the guy on the phone could not give me directions to the hotel ,from what i think its a bunch of franchised budget hotels brought together by a call center , not a bad idea ! but put your brains to it , you could run it better , my experience was sour .

There was a problem where-in we were initially asked to pay 500 Rs additional since as per booking only a double room was booked for 3 people. This can be avoided by proper communication with the hotel before confirmation of booking. But finally we were given a room with 3 beds without paying any additional cost after giving an explanation.

CAME TO BANGALORE TO GIVE COMEDK HOTEL CLOSE TO CENTRE SO CHOSE IT AIRPORT AC BUS DROPPED ME AT NAGVARA JUNCTION 100 METRES FROM HOTEL CLEAN HOTEL FRIDGE AC TV EVRYTHING WORKS CUSTOMER SERVICE A LITTLE LOW AT NIGHT BUT FINE
