• Bedroom 3 located in loft - 1 King Bed, 1 Queen mattress on floor, 1 twin mattress on floor, and 2 sleeping matts stored under king bed.

Other things to note
● The cabin is in a wooded area and you will encounter bugs. We do what we can to keep them at bay but we cannot guarantee a bug-free experience.
● This is a remote location so you will most likely have bad phone service
● We allow for more guests than what each bedroom can sleep. Just so you are aware. There are couches and 2 floor matts, or you can always bring a few extra blankets or sleeping bags for the floor.
● Other than a few steps at front door, the place is not handicapped accessible.
● On a 1.5 acre wooded lot but can see neighbors through the trees.
Other things to note,
There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am, we have neighbors next door so please be respectful of the neighbors.

No fireworks on the property

PETS ALLOWED for a fee of $100 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds.
