The property itself was OK. It didnât feel very comfortable.
We were very disappointed when found out that the fireplace didnât work, it was a New Yearâs night and the only reason we booked the property because it was in the snow and had fireplace. Moreover, the bathtub on the first floor had issues too.
When I contacted property, they agreed to refund me $50 but then said that they actually canât do it because I booked through Hotels.com.
When you go on vacation, you expect that you can relax and enjoy your stay, but this wasnât the case for us.
At least, they couldâve apologize and do a partial refund for us but they refused. Their clients just donât matter to them.
