The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and offers the chef of the group plenty of space to move around freely while cooking. A breakfast bar with six stools adds to the dining table that seats up to 10 people. Unwind in the living room equipped with comfortable and inviting furnishings near a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV with cable. Gather around the fireplace with your friends to play a fun board game or head outside to the furnished deck with a good book in hand. The deck has been thoughtfully furnished to provide the ultimate relaxation experience with a seating area, an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and even a private outdoor hot tub. On the second floor, you'll come across a huge entertainment room for kids with a mounted flatscreen TV, an extensive DVD collection for movie nights, a private library, and additional beds, plus another bonus room with a comfy couch, a game table, and a large pool table. Altogether, this home enjoys three king-size beds, one twin bed, and two twin trundle beds, so everyone will have plenty of sleeping accommodations during your stay.

Dine and find the best sales at The Village at Sunriver, only two miles away. This shopping center offers a variety of restaurants and boutiques, plus activities like mini-golf and ice-skating. For the more adventurous, Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is 22.5 miles away and offers cross-country trails, a tubing park, sled dog adventures, hiking trails, and cuisines for all tastes. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
