Welcome to McNary 33, a dog-friendly Sunriver retreat with space for up to 10 guests, a private hot tub, air conditioning, and a peaceful wooded setting that feels tucked away from it all. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, bikes, and a flexible sleeping layout, this home is a great fit for family vacations, multi-generational stays, and group getaways in every season.

Set among the trees with beautiful forest views, this reverse-living home is designed to bring everyone together. Upstairs, the main living space features vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, comfortable furnishings, and an open layout that makes it easy to cook, dine, relax, and reconnect in one inviting space. A large Smart TV and gas fireplace make it especially comfortable after a day out exploring Sunriver.

The updated kitchen includes generous counter space and a large island, making meals simple whether you are grabbing breakfast before a bike ride or sitting down for dinner together. Enjoy casual seating at the island, gather around the dining table, or step outside to the balcony for outdoor dining in the warmer months.

The main-level primary suite features a king bed, an attached bathroom with a soaking tub, and a private patio where you can start the day with coffee and fresh mountain air. Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an additional rollaway twin—an especially useful setup for kids, cousins, or larger family groups. All beds have new mattresses, and both downstairs bedrooms have Smart TVs and DVD players.

After a day of adventure, come home to soak in the private hot tub, fire up the gas BBQ, and unwind beneath the trees. With bikes included and plenty of room to spread out, McNary 33 makes it easy to enjoy Sunriver at your own pace.

Dogs are welcome too, with up to 2 allowed per stay. No other pets permitted. Fees apply.
