This condo at Bend Riverside Rentals sits on the edge of the river in downtown Bend. This is a great little place for couples or a girl's/guy's weekend. You have a queen Murphy bed that folds up into the wall during the day to give you more wiggle room. Bring your swimsuit to jump into the river (brr!) or for a dip in the heated pool or hot tub. You have a full kitchen to prepare your own meals. WiFi and a Roku are included, allowing you to wind down with whatever show suits your fancy.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
