Perfect for 3 couples, our house features 3 KING bed bedrooms and private hot tub. (our house is not child-proofed so not appropriate for children under age 4.)

Our vacation Home is nestled in the RiverWild area of Mount Bachelor Village Resort on Bend's west side off Century Drive which leads to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort. RiverWild's location is on the western bluff of the beautiful Deschutes River with access to the many miles of river trail.

Despite its secluded environment, River Wild is just minutes from all that Bend has to offer including award winning restaurants, cinema, concerts and shopping. The River Wild Retreat was built in late 2006 and was professionally decorated and outfitted with all new furnishings. This home is truly a welcoming delight during EVERY season of the year.

Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, approximately 2000 square feet interior, a 650 sq. ft. covered porch with deck heater, outdoor living room and lounge chairs, alfresco dining for 6+ guests, adjacent 2-car garage, large capacity washer/dryer as well as PRIVATE (on our property) Hot Tub and community outdoor saline pool open Memorial Weekend through September 30.

Unlike many homes in RiverWild, our vacation home is fully air conditioned for those warm summer days!

The family room features a vaulted ceiling, HD Flat Screen with Apple TV, surround sound and a cozy gas fireplace. Bedroom 1 on the main level features a King Size Bed and en suite full bathroom. Upstairs, bedrooms 2 and 3 also feature King Beds.

Our 'cook's kitchen' is fully equipped by owners who love to cook! Features include granite counter tops, real hardwood floors stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas cook top, bar with 3 stools, and a full stock of utensils and counter top appliances.

The Deschutes National Forest is only 1.5 miles away. For shopping and restaurants, the Old Mill District is 1 mile away and Bend's main street/downtown is located just 2 miles away.

Central Oregon is an outdoor mecca for mountain and road biking, hiking, golf, equestrian, snowshoeing, skiing and cross country skiing. Trails leading to the Deschutes River Trail and the Phil’s Trail network in the National Forest are connected to the resort. A huge variety of trails are in the immediate area. Mount Bachelor ski area is just up the road 18 miles and a shuttle is available in winter.

Golfers have over 20 courses to choose from! Tetherow is 1 mile away and Widgi Creek is 3 miles. There is great fishing and floating on the Deschutes River, as well as many area lakes.

Home is beautiful and well appointed. Neighborhood is quiet and the residents who live there are the friendliest! Pictures are accurate. Beds are so comfy. The hot tub is clean and hot! It’s a short drive to Old Mill and downtown. The only thing we wished we had were bikes! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home, dreadful checkin

Traumatic start to a long-planned family reunion - 2 groups coming from out of State. We booked months prior. Michelle checked in weeks before the booking saying she had a tight turn around and confirmed when we would be arriving. The house was in shambles when we arrived. Bedding and linens half washed, kitchen and bathroom not clean. My parents spent 2 hours putting things right, drying the linens etc before we arrived. I called Michelle and she responded by getting the cleaner back. What upset us was Michelle’s attitude and response. She was not very apologetic, argumentative, suggested we go stay somewhere else and/or we should go out to dinner. We had travelled a long way to be there and we were not at all prepared to try to find alternative lodging for our large group. The home was still dirty after the cleaner left, the bathrooms especially - overall it was not an acceptable checkin and we do not feel were treated properly or compensated enough. Two from our 2 separate parties ended up getting a bad tummy during the stay, presumably because the house was not clean. It is a lovely home, but overall the checkin experience and communication was very upsetting and tainted our entire stay.

Wonderful holiday stay with family

Lovely place to stay. We enjoyed watching the snow fall while in the house and the hot tub. Hot tub is very quiet Having the garage with high ceilings is wonderful. Kitchen is super well stocked. We really enjoyed cooking and eating in—even had a couple of family game nights. Thank you so much!

Christmas with Family

Plenty of room for the three of us and my mom liked having the main floor bedroom, no stairs. Plenty of room upstairs with to large bedrooms and a bath. Lots of towels and the kitchen has just about everything you need for cooking. We also love the large garage, especially with the snowy weather. The only thing that needs some attention is the light bulbs in all the rooms.

We loved this property as it had a comfortable place to sit or lie down outside. We were able to grill and eat outside, quiet neighborhood, clean with visits by deer and squirrels and birds! The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were lovely.

Great place!

Everything was great. We loved the big garage, good barbeque, and convenient pool. I really appreciated the very well stocked kitchen. Decent knives, a myriad of spices and sauces, and a ton of pots and pans made meal prep easy and enjoyable. One thing that probably requires a little work is that there is a leak in the master bath right sink faucet. When you turn the faucet on, 3/4s of the water comes out the spout and the other quarter floods the countertop.

We have stayed at this property before and it was as perfect as always, this time! Michelle was super responsive, the house was clean and nicely stocked with the basics, and everything about our rental/ check in/ check our process was clear and easy.
