The Space:

Relax in comfort with air conditioning throughout this spacious mountain-view retreat. Soaring ceilings and an open-concept design create a welcoming space for up to 6 guests.



The living room features a mounted Smart TV, cozy gas fireplace, plush sofa seating, and cool, comfortable indoor temperatures year-round. The full kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, stone countertops, and wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dishes. A breakfast bar provides seating for three.



Step outside to the private balcony, where an outdoor dining table for three overlooks sweeping mountain vistas. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed and Smart TV, while the loft includes two queen beds and an additional Smart TV. The home also features a full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower, WiFi throughout, and parking for two vehicles. Please note there is no washer or dryer in the unit. This second-floor condo is accessed by stairs.

Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum in the resort lot. AWD or 4WD required during winter months due to mountain weather and road conditions. This unit is on the second floor and requires stairs for entry. Keycard provided for unit and amenity access must be returned at checkout.

🏔️ Mount Bachelor Village Resort sits just minutes from downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, both under 3 miles away with riverside shopping and dining. The onsite nature trail connects to the Deschutes River Trail for direct river access ideal for fishing and floating. Mt Bachelor Ski Resort is 20 minutes west, offering Oregon's largest ski area with over 4,300 acres of terrain. Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes away with miles of groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes from the resort. The resort itself includes a full-service restaurant, athletic club, game room, playground, and park areas all within walking distance of the unit.



Getting Around:

From Redmond Airport, take Highway 97 south for 16 miles to Bend, then head west on Century Drive toward Mt Bachelor Village Resort. Downtown Bend is 3 miles east via Century Drive and Galveston Avenue. Mt Bachelor Ski Resort is 20 minutes west on Century Drive (Highway 46). The Old Mill District is under 10 minutes away. Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes via Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes north on Century Drive. Newberry National Volcanic Monument and Lava River Cave are 12 miles south on Highway 97.

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Washer/Dryer: Not available

• Parking: 2 cars maximum

• Pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day; hot tub open year-round, both managed by HOA

• Keycard required for unit and amenity access must be returned at checkout or $150 replacement fee applies

• No smoking inside the property

• No events or parties

• Quiet hours 10pm to 7am out of respect for neighbors

• Maximum occupancy 6 guests strictly enforced

• Please return all resort items including pool towels and keycard to the unit before departure
