NEW: Did you run into some friends at the pool or on the slopes? Or know some people in Bend? A few daytime visitors are welcome at Koosah as long as you run it by us first.



Koosah Lodge is a luxury lodge-style home in a quiet Sunriver setting with central air conditioning, four spacious bedroom suites: three on the main floor, and an upstairs private bedroom suite on the 2nd floor. There is a dramatic open great room with soaring ceilings, hand-hewn staircase, and tall windows framing high desert territorial views. Chef's kitchen features a brand-new 36'' gas range, 2 dishwashers, and a spacious dining area. Multiple smart TVs throughout the house. Gas fireplaces in the living room and primary bedroom suite. Out back you will find a wrap-around deck, porch swing, dining, and hot tub with privacy fence. Gather in the large game room with pool table, foosball, electronic 2-player Pacman, Xbox, and air hockey. Plus there's a poker table with 4 leather swivel chairs in the loft! ⭐A few outside guests are permitted, but we must approve in advance. No big parties. Only those numbered on the booking may stay overnite.

At this time we have 4 adult bikes, and 1 child bike at the house.

There is a pack'n play crib in the front bedroom walk in closet. It can be moved to any room but is not to leave the house. There is a high chair in the pantry, and their are children cups and plates in the kitchen.

The 2 cots we have at the house are extra width, extra length, with mattresses. One is in the entry closet, and one is in a back bedroom closet. Clean bedding is with the cots.

The leather sofa in the game room is a queen sleeper. Clean bedding is in an orange tub next to the sofa. The gray sofa in the loft is a queen sleeper. Clean bedding is in an orange tub next to the sofa.

The SHARC passes are hanging in the laundry room.

The thermostat controlling heat and cooling is located on the wall near the front bedroom. It is pretty simple to use, but if you have any questions about how to set it please contact us.

There are 2 security cameras on the front of the house facing the driveway. They record video but no sound.

Your rates are based on your selected dates and guest count.

Two dogs are permitted, with a fee. No other animal species are permitted. Dogs cannot be left unattended unless in a kennel. Must stay off beds/furniture.

Not permitted: events, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, receptions, 3rd party bookings.



Would you like to invite daytime visitors over? Although we do not allow parties, we may allow our booked guests to invite a few daytime guests over, but we must know in advance and give you our express prior approval. NOTE: Only booked guests may stay the night.
