High-speed internet and cable TV (with access to your favorite streaming apps) gives you the perfect work/vacation balance if needed. Conveniently located next to The Village at Sunriver with gourmet coffee shops, restaurants, craft beer, boutique shopping, and family entertainment. Walking distance less than a mile from your door. When it’s time to head out, you can enjoy indoor and outdoor pools at the SHARC facility, as well as some of the country’s best golf, horseback riding, mountain/cruiser biking, river sports and hiking nearby. Or, take your pup(s) for a leisurely walk on the endless trails that intersect right outside the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
