« Cette hôtel hôtel est un réel cauchemar, cela se veut être un 5 étoiles mais en fait ils n’ont aucune notion du service client. De plus ils prennent les clients en otage notamment concernant les transports à partir de l’hôtel. Nous avons dû payer cinq fois le prix pour pouvoir aller dans une autre ville. »

« Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor »

« The room is exceptionally good; it feels newly constructed. The staff is very polite, well-behaved, and neatly dressed. I would like to award a 5-star rating to the location, as it is situated in the heart of Goa and the LTC bus stand is just 400 meters away. The building is completely peaceful and quiet. Furthermore, the breakfast is one of the best I have had in recent times. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay, the courteous staff, and the delicious food. »
