Nestled in a serene setting, this stunning 4-bedroom estate offers ample space for both rest and recreation. Set against the backdrop of picturesque tree-lined streets in a tranquil neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining, and recreation.

The space
With parking space for up to 8 full size vehicles OR a boat and five full-size vehicles, exploring the great outdoors has never been easier.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the front porch and watch the deer who often visit the front yard. Step inside and discover a warm and inviting layout that still provides privacy and flexibility for your group. Entertain in the dining room with a table for 8 at the front of the home, or grill out and enjoy a meal in the back yard under the covered patio at a table for 6 and another table and umbrella for 4 on the pool deck. Extended bar with seating for 4 more around the kitchen island makes for the perfect overflow space. Gather around the kitchen, stocked with all of the essentials from pots and pans to baking dishes and dinnerware. The open flow from kitchen to living room make this a perfect place to entertain. Extra storage in the pantry and shelving above the washer/dryer accommodate all the supplies your group might need.

The primary suite, complete with a dedicated workspace, private shower, and walk-in closet, is the perfect sanctuary for some well-deserved relaxation. The secondary bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, including two queen beds, two twins, and two twin bunk beds. Spacious rooms offer plenty of room for everyone's luggage and play time for the little ones along with quiet corners for reading and unwinding. Modern decor and furnishings in this beautifully appointed estate home frame the space as a clutter-free inviting retreat.

Entertainment abounds in the game room, where guests can enjoy cozy seating on the oversized sectional for a family game night or movie marathon. The game closet is packed with excitement - board games, spike ball, ping pong conversion for the pool table, and more! We don't guarantee pool floats as these are not as durable, but we do try to keep them stocked during the summer months for fun in the sun!

As the day turns to dusk, step outside and let the twinkling cafe string lights on the patio set the mood for an enchanting evening under the stars. In the huge fenced backyard, there's plenty of room to run, play yard games, and take a refreshing dip in the pool (please note: the pool is not heated). The gate on the side of the house makes for easy access to the side door to the game room for all-day fun.

Guest access
Keyless entry using the smart keypad makes flexible check-in and group access convenient. We pride ourselves in maintaining a clean and well-stocked home for each guest. If anything is not right about your stay, let us know and it will be addressed immediately to provide a worry-free trip - whether you are here for work, vacation, or visiting loved ones.

Other things to note
Pool is NOT heated. Mid-long term stays are permitted. Please inquire and message the host to coordinate.
