Paddle out on a kayak, glide across the lake on a paddleboard, or take the canoe for a quiet adventure. Back home, gather around the fire pit as the day winds down, then settle in for games, foosball, or a movie. With 3 bedrooms and space for up to 8 guests, it’s an easy place to slow down, reconnect, and make lake memories together.

Imagine waking up to a peaceful lake view, stepping outside to the sounds of birds, and watching butterflies and dragonflies drift through the natural garden. At Lakeside Acres, the pace is easy and unhurried, with Sargent Lake just about 100 feet from the home and plenty of ways to enjoy the water.

The lake is a wonderful spot for swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Spend the day on the water, relax by the shore, or simply take in the view of the lily pads while enjoying the quiet surroundings. Back at the house, gather around the fire pit, grill dinner, or settle in for a movie and some friendly competition.

Loft: Twin trundle that opens into two twin beds
Living room: Queen pull-out sofa bed
Above-garage bonus room: Queen pull-out sofa bed

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, plus a third sleeping space in the loft above the living area. The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase and may not be suitable for children under 12. Please use caution when using the staircase.
The living room also features a sofa bed, available upon request.
The bunk room above the garage has a secured sliding door that is not intended for use. Please do not attempt to open or use this door.

To help keep the home and surrounding lake area peaceful, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not permitted, and parking is limited to 2 vehicles with no parking on the lawn. The home can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests.
