« It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . »

« Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience. »

« Great place at a great location. 2 blocks to the boardwalk and all the stores and restaurants are nearby. Best part was having the ability to just relax in the house while everyone else slept or after a long day. Great kitchen with all the dishes, pans, etc. to make a big or small meal. Loved the coffee bar, took the guess work out of several mornings. Never ran out of towels over a 12 day stay...amazing! »

« Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay! »

« Zack, the owner was helpful and responsive. The house is lovely, clean and they have little details everywhere to make the stay more comfortable and feel like home.The pool is well cared for and pristine. The coffee bar was a plus and they have plenty of towels. I get cold a lot so I had to pick up a couple of extra blankets but everyone else in my family was okay. I was able to work and relax. It was a very peaceful stay in a lovely setting. We would definitely return. »
