« The place was incredible in comfort and communication. They opened a Whatsapp with us in which we could communicate and receive real-time helpful responses. There was private parking for the Chalets and a good bistro on site. The only issue is that everything extra costs money - such as using the laundry machine and extra towels. Note that parking is incredibly difficult in Cortina so having a parking place is wonderful. »

« Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...
