« Cute, clean little space in nice ski location. Host was attentive with toilet issue promptly. A few instructions such as wifi info and things like walk your garbage a few blocks to a store would be helpful to have upfront in the unit. Oven worked but stove top did not. »

« Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

The bed was too hard for my wife to sleep on. The cushions for the couch didn’t fit as they slipped through the slats multiple times daily. The first Italian place we stayed that didn’t have an espresso pot nor any basic cooking supplies – oil, salt or pepper. The hood light nor the vent worked.They left dishwasher detergent...
