« The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! « En nuestro paso de 10 días por el hotel pudimos constatar que: El personal es muy gentil, y respetuoso. La terraza súper agradable en las noches. La vista desde nuestra habitación simplemente ESPECTACULAR. Tenemos dos decepciones: no hay insonorización, el sector es muy ruidoso y al interior del hotel hay vecinos que que gritan de habitación a habitación, juegan en los pasillos hasta altas horas de la noche y en las mañanas súper temprano golpean puertas juegan en los pasillos y todo se...

« Excelente servicio al cliente. Quisiera que los cuartos que ofrecen sean exactamente los mismos ya que las fotos son diferentes a cuando llegas y lo que te toca. Los cuartos no tienen A/C así que si nos es a descansar que vas, te vas a encontrar con calor durante el día. »
