The Space:

Pull up to a Ranch Style home on a quiet residential street, with the garage ready for your car and the neighborhood ready for a walk. The style inside leans mid-century, warm, and the kind of place that feels like a relative’s house in the best way.



The main floor: room to spread out



There’s lots of living space here, and that’s the point. The first of two living rooms is set up for the whole group to land at the end of the day. The full kitchen has everything you need for real cooking full-size appliances, and cabinets stocked with dishes, glassware, and cookware. A dedicated workspace gives anyone on a vacation, a remote-work week, or a medical stay a real desk to sit at.





Bathrooms & essentials

Two full bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and extra towels in the linen closet. Washer and dryer in the home so a long stay packs light.



Backyard

Step out onto the large deck and down into a fully fenced backyard. The fire pit is the center of it: pull up a chair and let the night run long. The fence means the dog can run and the kids can roam while you sit.

Ten minutes to Offutt Air Force Base, which makes this a favorite for PCS moves, TDYs, and families visiting someone stationed there. Fontenelle Forest’s trails are close by for a morning hike. Bellevue University is minutes away. Grocery stores, coffee, and family restaurants are a short drive. Downtown Omaha Charles Schwab Field, the CHI Health Center, the Old Market, the Henry Doorly Zoo is about 15 minutes up the highway, so you get the city without sleeping in it.
