« The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is no property parking but street parking was easy to find. Local establishments (restaurants, bars, etc.) are only a few blocks away. We walked to several very easily. The host was friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. The unit itself was one of the cleanest suites I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in over 200 cities. Bathroom was relatively large and extremely clean. « We went down during Christmas for the parlor tours. I was concerned about the recent flooding, but the shops were open and everything went to plan. The Birds nest made this a perfect stay. « I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. »

« Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! »

« It was cozy, clean, and so very cute with lots of outlets for all our devices and very cool lighting. The heater in the bathroom is at floor level so it heats up the tile nicely. It had welcome snacks and coffee/tea and filtered water. We enjoyed our time and would love to stay again in the future. It also has an EV charger. »

« Well appointed, very clean, great amenities, and excellent communication with owner/property manager. The location is perfect and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The owner has provided a nice parking place off of the main road and the private back yard and porch are fantastic. We did not use the hot tub but it looked to be well maintained and is surrounded by a nice seating area. We were very happy with everything. »
