Please note: There are 2 Mods on the property, the other is called `Audrey`.

Strictly no pets – wildlife and farm animals are nearby and the boundary fence is not secure.

All linen and towels are included to ensure your stay is hassle free. Please note beach towels are not included.

Please note you will be sharing the property with our other Mod. If you are interested in booking both the name is Jarosite Escape - Audrey.

There is good space between the two mods to ensure reasonable privacy if you have booked just one mod and another guest has booked the other. See photos to estimate the distance.

Please replace any pantry and/or fridge items that you use if empty
