Splendid apartment with spectacular lake views in a period villa surrounded by a private botanical park with shared pool and access to the lake, a few minutes from the old village of Bellagio.



The apartment, located on the second floor accessible by stairs, is spread over two floors and is characterized by a beautiful wood-beamed ceiling. The living area consists of a fully-equipped independent kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a juicer and an espresso coffee machine, and of a large living room furnished with sofas, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table and large windows overlooking the park and the lake. The sleeping area includes three rooms, one of which is an attic located on the upper floor, accessible by a spiral staircase from the living room. The first one features a queen-size bed and a closet, the second one has two single beds and a closet, the third one has a single bed, a closet and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.



*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.



*Guests will benefit from aan outdoor parking slot inside the property.



*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 20th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
