This newly renovated home has three bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has custom built bunk beds with twin over full mattresses.

-- BATHROOMS --
There are two full bathrooms. The primary bathroom features double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The second full bathroom is located next to the second and third bedrooms, and features a shower tub combo. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

The thoughtfully designed kitchen has everything you need to cook daily meals, including upgraded appliances and complimentary coffee and tea. Plus, there’s plenty of seating in the dining room for your entire party.

-- LIVING ROOM --
When you enter the home, you will immediately see the living room in front of you. It is bright and airy, offering a lovely view into the trees. It is the perfect space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Northwest Arkansas. Lounge on the comfy sofas and watch your favorite show or movie on the smart TV.

Additional Rules:
We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. If smoking is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.

- NO Pets: If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.
