Welcome to Adventure Awaits! Our home is the perfect place to spend quality time with your family & friends by exploring all of the activities our home offers! A dunk in the pool, enjoying a meal outside, playing basketball, having a pickle ball tournament, biking on the private and public bike trails directly from the house, playing disc golf, or relaxing at the fire pit - just to name a few options!



When you're not spending time outside, hang out either of the two large living spaces with cozy seating, large Smart TVs, and fireplaces. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee. In the formal dining room, there are chairs for 8 people and cozy seating in a bay of windows!



After an exciting day, pick from one of our five cozy bedrooms:

(1) Our Primary bedroom has a plush King-size bed, dresser, closet, access to the hall bathroom, and a private en suite bathroom with large jacuzzi tub!

(2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, closet and nearby bathroom.

(3) Our third bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, closet, desk space, and nearby bathroom.

(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a bunkbed with two Twin mattresses (perfect for kids), a closet, and en suite bathroom.

(5) Our fifth bedroom is near the 2nd living room and has a King-size bed, dresser, closet and en suite bathroom.

* There is also a Queen-size air mattress that can be set up in the living room to sleep 2 people.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

★ Please note that while the pool is heated, outdoor temperatures below 50°F can affect the heater’s ability to keep the water warm.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
