« L’endroit est dans beau petit secteur tranquille pas très loin de St-John’s en voiture . Bar laitier et restaurant à proximité ainsi qu’un petit dépanneur. Trail de la east coast à distance de marche . »

« La vue est superbe, mais le chemin pour s’y rendre et le stationnement sont particulièrement difficiles (on doit circuler à travers les travailleurs du port et circuler de reculons sur le chemin pour l’accès à un seul stationnement). L’appartement est bien équipé mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi et rénové (le béton des marches du long escalier est à réparer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Les propriétaires auraient avantage à laisser un petit cahier...

« Well appointed, had everything we needed and more. The morning sun greeted us on the deck for our morning coffee as we watched the Quidi Vidi fisherman leave for their day at sea, a splendid sight! Loved every minute of being there and will return for sure on our next trip to NFLD! »

« I was on a field trip with three of my students. We stayed for two nights. The property was perfect for us. It was spacious, conveniently located, clean and well suited to our needs. Our host David was quick to reply to questions and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property. »

« Family stay was everything and more. All amenities were as described, hosts were very accommodating. Home was very nice, pictures of this attractive property were understated so very comfortable. All this with a magical view of downtown St John’s. Walking trails, start right outside our doorway and many restaurants and bistros within walking distance as well. Will definitely be returning! Spent 9 nights here this trip, no hesitation in spending time here! Thanks David! »

« I can’t say enough good about this place. Our stay was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Super accommodating with all amenities. I highly recommend and I’ll stay here again. Location was perfect !! Very clean, looked newly renovated. Nice washer and dryer and nice little back yard as well. Had everything we needed to cook. Lots of towels. Beds were very comfortable also. I give them a 10 stars !!! »
