« The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail. »

« Jordan's flat is terrifically located. Easy to get anywhere in and around St. John's. House was very clean and well appointed. We didn't cook there, but everything needed is available. Jordan responded promptly with any questions or issues. »

« There was not anything I needed that I couldn't find.. everything from extra pens, to lightbulbs. Our host thought about everything to make staying here comfortable. A bonus for me were the extra blankets and towels which were much needed, given that it was 3 adults and 2 kids which stayed. The location was perfect as well, as it was within walking distance to lots of food places and gifts shops. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking about staying here. »

« I was there to visit my daughter so she stayed in the house with me. The house was well appointed leaving us wanting for nothing. The roomy bedrooms had plenty of natural light and full views of the harbour. The beds were so comfortable that we wished we could sleep late every day. We also loved the living room with its awesome decor! »

« Great location, parking and cleanliness. Smell of disinfectant cleaner overpowering. Needs a mirror outside the bathroom and more glassware etc. Noise from upstairs unit was frequently so loud that sleep was difficult. Offensive smell in Bathroom, we realize this might just be the age of the building. The unit needs more attention to detail. »

« I wish I could give this property 6 stars. From clear communication, travel tips , parking tips, to any question that needed to be answered Earl was available. The big moment is when you walk through the door and have a view of the city and harbour / port. Earl’s place is huge , clean, bright and stocked with the items you need . The beds were also super comfy. I’d go back to St.John’s just to stay at Earl’s place again. »
