« The flat is in a great location, with plenty of shops nearby, and the area felt safe. The flat itself was clean and quite modern. We stayed as a family of three (two adults and one child). Very disorganized and unprofessional. You would think that once you pay on Hotels.com that the process is finished. Nope.
