Soyez parmi les premiers Ă  sĂ©journer dans ce camp nouvellement construit face Ă  l'ouest perchĂ© sur une pente Ă  275 pieds de la belle Great Pond. Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil et levers de soleil dans un cadre serein Ă  seulement 1 heure de Portland, dans le Maine. Le camp est perchĂ© sur une colline entourĂ©e de grands arbres avec le lac scintillant ci-dessous. AccĂ©dez au rivage en parcourant un sentier serpentant dans les forĂȘts jusqu'au lac avec votre quai privĂ©! Profitez d'une journĂ©e de natation, de pique-nique au dĂ©jeuner, de pĂȘche ou mĂȘme d'aprĂšs-midi en Ă©coutant les gorges. Si vous souhaitez explorer le magnifique Great Pond par l'eau, vous pouvez louer des kayaks ou lancer votre propre bateau au lancement du bateau public et le conduire Ă  notre amarrage privĂ©.

À l'intĂ©rieur du camp moderne et lumineux, trouver une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et un salon avec 3 portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur un vaste plateau Ă©quipĂ© d'un gril Ă  gaz - parfait pour dĂ©guster et boire Ă  l'extĂ©rieur ou juste un endroit pour se dĂ©tendre sous le soleil Ou une Ă©toile regardant la nuit.

Le camp dispose de 3 chambres et d'un canapé-lit - parfait pour 6 personnes mais peut accueillir 8 personnes. En bas, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit queen, salle de bains avec une douche standup et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. A l'étage il y a 2 chambres - une avec 2 lits jumeaux (avec tiroirs de rangement) et l'autre avec un lit queen avec une salle de bain avec une salle de bain complÚte.

À proximitĂ© du camp, trouvez le village pittoresque de Belgrade Lakes qui vous ramĂšnera dans le temps avec son ancien magasin gĂ©nĂ©ral et ses glaciĂšres. Aussi, Ă  proximitĂ©, trouver, des sentiers de randonnĂ©e, Winterberry Farm (excellentes tartes maison et chutneys et confitures) et Belgrade Country Club pour les amateurs de golf. Dans Waterville Ă  proximitĂ© (30 minutes en voiture), trouver des boutiques, des restaurants et Colby College avec son magnifique musĂ©e d'art (gratuit au public); Une excursion parfaite pour un jour pluvieux. Quiet, restorative oasis

This is our second year at this lovely lakeside home. The views and spacious location make this a family favorite! The rooms and beds are very comfortable and the porch was a lovely place to visit, listen to the loons and recharge for the coming school year. Ross is a superb host and we love his home!

We appreciated how the owners are good stewards of the property. The house and grounds are well appointed and taken care of. Ross provides a binder that shares so much information on how to take care of the property as well as some history and suggestions.

Truly a hidden gem!

What an amazing place to spend our week at Great Pond! ( another hidden gem! Accommodations were A plus! Beautifully decorated and furnished! So cozy and yet spacious. All needs meet and boxes checked! Secluded location for privacy. Enjoyed the waterfront and taking walks! Short trip to Belgrade lakes village and also Waterville and Augusta. Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely gorgeous

Amazing location with lake access. The cabin is beautiful with extreme attention to detail. Comfortable bedrooms with beautiful open spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The host is thoughtful and a great communicator. Essentials provided-including mosquito repellent are a definite plus. We rented kayaks from Wells and Sons and they delivered them to the cabin. We were able to enjoy the lake fully.... Belgrade is just a few minutes away with nice restaurants and grocery basics. Nice hiking trails around.

Quiet, lovely spacious home on Great Pond in Belgrade Lakes

This was a picture perfect location for our annual week away on Great Pond! The dock and pulley system worked beautifully for a boat and the kids enjoyed yoga on the dock, overlooking a gorgeous cove on Great Pond. We hope to return to this lovely home next year!

Incredible stay as usual!

This place is our go to for getaway fun. It is incredibly relaxing with everything possibly needed in a very well stocked place. Gorgeous setting with a great dock to soak up the sun and the owner is a super good communicator. Highly recommended

Two Weeks In Nirvana

As was the case the prior two years, Ross's camp was in perfect condition. It is a great feeling to know that when show up for your stay, you don't have to spend any time running back out to purchase items that aren't provided, especially kitchen utensils. Simply stated, Ross goes out of his way to make sure his customers have a stress free, perfect vacation. Thanks again, Ross.

Good

House was very roomy and large enough for our family. Wish there were a few more cabinets and closets. The outside deck and dock was very large for all of us; however there was no ladder for getting in and out of the water. Also the path to the dock was difficult for my husband and myself (path was steep in some places) but the kids did a lot better. The owner was very responsive to our questions and got back to us quickly. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Great week in Maine!

Great week at the lake cabin. Well stocked - just wish we would have had better weather! Maine was in the middle of record rainfall but we found fun anyway! Bar Harbor, Freeport, horseback riding, great seafood/dining and the zoo! Tks again Ross.

The property was immaculate, Ross (the owner) was great, we had everything we needed for our week on the lake. I recommend this property to anyone wanting an amazing Maine vacation on the lake.

Peaceful Cabin

This was our first time staying in Belgrade and we fell in love with this quaint little town. We are so happy that we rented Ross' cabin for the week. It was absolutely perfect and just so cozy. We had the most relaxing stay and loved everything about it. Loved the little nature trail down to the water (our son loved it, too!), we watched the boats, ducks and loons daily. Ross is an amazing host and responded to my questions almost immediately. We hope to return next year!!

Take Caution

Our family enjoyed our time at this home up the hill from the lake! However, I will say RENTERS BEWARE of Ross’ extra “fees” on top of the generous cleaning fee included in the booking. I know for fact when stripping the beds at the end of our stay, there were no large stains on sheets or I would have remidied them. Though multiple claims of different fluids on sheets came a week later and we ended up paying for replacement sheets and extra cleaning fees. We were also accused of stealing and charged for an area rug (lmao), which he did not even look for but was later found in one of the closets. Take pictures when you leave the home is my suggestion. Much more accommodating places, that are closer to the water, will be chosen in the future for our family.

Fastest two weeks ever!

This was the second year in a row renting Ross's camp, and this year we stayed for two weeks. As we expected, the camp was in perfect condition and we didn't want for anything when it came to any amenities. Many previous renters have complimented how helpful Ross is when called upon and that was especially the case with us. My sister and brother-in-law towed their waverunner up to the camp for the second week of our stay only to find that the battery was dead. Without even asking him, Ross took it upon his self to call around until he was able to find a replacement battery. I could probably count on one hand with a few fingers left over the amount of owners who would of went to that length to please their renters. Needless to say, we will be returning to Ross's camp, without question. Thanks again, Ross.

Wonderful stay on Great Pond

We’ve spent decades renting various locations in the Belgrade area. This place has been by far the nicest place we’ve found. Very clean and extremely well stocked. I usually bring sheets and kitchen utensils but there really was no need for that. Having AC was wonderful. The house is very quiet. Easy for early risers to do their thing while others slept undisturbed. Property owner is very attentive to details and great with communicating expectations. Will undoubtedly return in the future.

Cabin on Great Pond

Nice property, path from dock to cabin is a little steep and longer than expected. We prefer closer to the lake but it wouldn't prohibit us from staying there again. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our group of 5 adults.

Wonderful Lake Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Ross’ camp. We felt so comfortable there with all the amenities. My 2 year old had a blast walking down to the water and seeing all the chipmunks. The lake was crystal clear and refreshing! You could tell Ross and his family put a great deal of thought and love into this camp. Ross was wonderful to work with — would answer my emails within a few hours and gave his cell number in case we needed anything. Wish I could give this more than 5 stars!!

One of a kind vacation week

I rented Ross's camp for my brother and sister and their family. I have been vacationing in Belgrade Lake's for a few years now and have never gone back to a previous rental......THAT IS ABOUT TO CHANGE. My family gushed about how well equipped Ross's camp was, not to mention how stylishly furnished it was. Also, kudos for how quickly Ross responded to a minor plumbing issue. We will now anxiously wait for the calendar to open up for 2022. Thank you again for a great week.

July 4th on Great Pond 2021

The house is like staying at your wealthy friends lake cabin, everything was very nice and of quality, special call out to the firm beds, bedding, and bath towels. My wife and I brought our daughter and her boyfriend as well as our son and his friend, all in their twenties. For cooking/meals, reading, and game playing we had plenty of space without being in each other's faces. Ross is a great owner and readily accessible though we had no issues at all; he gave us a tour of another, larger property nearby, though with only 6 people, we are debating the need to upgrade next time, as we really liked the house we rented. Our rented ski boat from Great Pond Marina (Bob Gardner is also very friendly and helpful) was moored just off the dock and served us well for fishing, skiing, and tubing.

Private and beautiful!

We had a wonderful experience in an immaculate and serene setting. Well furnished with everything you need. Ross was more than helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable as well as memorable. We got in lots of swimming and fishing during a very hot week!
