« Bel hôtel, belle grandeur de la chambre (loft). Bien localisé centre-ville de Napa. Seule chose peut-être à améliorer est un service de restauration après 9PM, car si check-in late il est pas possible de manger quelque chose. Sinon tout était parfait. »

« Our stay was only one night to attend a concert. We have never paid this much for a room. We believed we booked a room in the building where the concert was. However, we were not placed in that building. We were given a room at the very end of another building overlooking a construction staging area. The elevator did not work so we had to carry bags up the stairs. The food at the bar/pub area was pretty bad. The sauces were very watered down. The calamari was overcooked like rubber.
