Hotel.com client be aware of this

It was on the spot booking coz i never expect i will be staying longer in Beijing. I was at the property that night and didnt expect the property manager advice me that they never accommodate foreigner. And they told me they cancelled and refunded my booking right away even before i came. And i explained to them that i have paid for it and consider my stay for a nite but they insist that even they like to accommodate me but the hotel is restrict for accepting foreigner which i respect that.right away i reach out hotel.com with regards to this issue and i even told them that this hotel cant accept foreigner as guest and they told me that i booked a non refundable property and investigate who’s fault is it and concluded that i cant get refunded. I told hotel.com that if only i knew that this hotel cant accept foreigner i at first wont booked this. And also if hotel.com includes this word “inly locals or no foreigners allowed” in publishing this property online for sure i will understand and for sure i didn't booked the property! It doesn’t make sense i get charge for the fault of hotel.com?? The property told me couple times that they already refund back and cancelled my booking thru hotel.com. And the agent of hotel.com was lying couple times to ignore my refund! I advise hotel.com to look into this further. I have to booked another property at $135 in same platform for few hours! This trip wasn’t planned! I need to get compensated and refund!

highly recommend! Great service!

The girls at the front desk were great! They went above and beyond to help us, despite major language barrier! Several times they helped us from ordering pizza to getting us taxis. The maids were also very helpful with whatever we needed. A+++ for customer service! And breakfast was great everyday!

Inconvenient and far

The staff was minimally helpful, and found my lack of Chinese amusing whenever I attempted to communicate. The sheets in the room had stains on them, and they weren't changed when I had the maid clean the room, just neatly put back on. The maid would also clean the room regardless of the do not disturb sign, which was odd. The closest attraction was about a 30 minute walk away (Temple of Heaven), and theres a subway next to it. There's a slightly closer subway north, but only marginally. There's a bus stop almost directly outside, if that's also your thing. No real places to eat close by, and most things close around 9-10 unless it's a decently sized restaurant. The picture should of the room also are not a good representative of the room size. The king sized bed room was big enough to essentially walk around and nothing more. For the price, I'd definitely recommend a hostel.

The hotel staff attitude is very bad and rude , the room was dirty and smelly , chaotic management , walkways smoke constantly , I asked them to clean the room but ignored.

駅から遠い。

駅から20分程歩くので、観光やビジネスにも向いてないかもです。また朝食の場所が分かりづらかったりしていて、なかなかホテル内たも複雑です。部屋はエアコンがベッドを直撃し、喉をやられました。

中国で沢山見掛けるチェーンホテルです。北京だけでも沢山あります。Hotels.comの中国の地図は、大概場所がずれていますが、正しくは東二環沿いの方丹苑路の南側に位置します。ガソリンスタンドの北側です。地下鉄潘家園駅が最寄りですが、駅から真っ直ぐの潘家園路を２０分ほど歩き、東二環に当たって東二環を北に歩けば、ガソリンスタンドとホテルが見えてきます。大きな建物に複数のホテルが入っているように見えますので、格林豪泰酒店の名前のある入り口から入りましょう。

We verbleven een week in dit hotel. Bedden waren prima. Het was er niet heel schoon en er werd slecht schoongemaakt.Voordeel was de aanwezigheid van een koelkast, magnetron en waterkoker op de kamer.Prima uitvalbasis om Beijing te verkennen. American in Beijing

The rooms are tiny and the wifi is unstable on and off all the time. Breakfast is not till 10 local time so don't prepay, you can get it sooner from the local restaurants not far away from the hotel . Little English from staffers and far from sight seeing areas. You need taxi to sight seeing!!!

The worst experience ever

Good luck finding this place, and once you do, you wish that you hadn't. Nothing works in this place. No internet, no fridge, no convience. The staff speaks about 4 words of English between all of them. Their are no ammenities and the location can not be found by 3 taxi drivers. Stayed in a "deluxe" room, which was small to say the least. Unhygenic is an understatement. Save your money, save your danity, save yourself and stay anywhere else.

This hotel offers apartments that sleeps 4. It only has rooms that could has space for 3 people to sleep. The apartment is just a room with no space to put an extra bed or even to open your suitcase. We had to leave because of this. Walking through the corridors of the hotel, all the doors of the rooms of the occupents were wide open, giving the feeling that we were in a chinese hospital. The staff was friendly but unable to help.
