Very nice location providing a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a bonus. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming. About 1.5km to wonderful winery from the accomodation (Take a platter with you and enjoy tasting some excellent wines)
The owner couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts arrived promptly and were terrific value. I have seldom found a more accommodating manager he went out of his way to make our stay such a pleasure. Will be coming back soon!
A lovely cosy atmosphere which combined with the outstanding service made our stay a memorable one. The hosts were friendly and professional and we will definitely e returning.

Props for the gardens that provide a lovely entrance to this property and as you move along the covered porch to and from reception. However, the rooms leave a bit to be desired with a mish-mash of dark, oversized furniture that overwhelm the space and quite frankly look like items that were handed down from the Motel owner's private collection. Some purpose built joinery would clean up the kitchen/tv/closet zones, making them easier to access too and a lick of fresh paint would lighten and brighten the room.
It seemed the bathroom had been renovated in recent years and looked smart and clean though such a shame more thought wasn't given to its proportions as it's definitely more of an undersized ensuite rather than a full size bathroom. Like so many hotels/motels of its kind more hooks are needed to hang wet towels and air clothing and the A/C unit [filters], etc. could use a decent clean and regular service which is not dissimilar to a number of properties in this price bracket.
A quaint place including continental brekky served to the room that with a few tweaks to the menu and room and given its proximity to some emerging foodie joints in the main street of Beechworth could really be a great self-run bed 'n breakfast for long weekends in wine country.
I have stayed many times and will continue to do so. Rooms are excellent and service is exceptional.
The car park needs a firm cover. Stones are unstable for motorcycles, wheelchairs, luggage with wheels, walking frames, those with impairments and should be replaced.
Beechworth on Bridge is fabulous. Everything was perfect, it was super comfortable and Steph and Dan were excellent hosts. Ithere ard lovely area to sit outside with pretty lights at night. A huge selection of DVDs that can be borrowed. Breakfast is delivered to the room. I only had a continental one but the cooked variety smelt delicious. There is a little pool. I felt as though I had completely landed on my feet and would recommend it highly.
Lovely Motel walking distance to Beechworth Main Street. Very clean and staff was really nice. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows on the beds as they are not comfortable.
