I never got a chance to stay because my reservation was cancelled less than 30 hours before check-in and nothing was done by any of the parties concerned to help me find similar affordable accommodation for my weekend. I ended up having to pay almost double the amount for a hotel that did not suit my trip as well as the booking would have, and since I had already paid for the booking my money was tied up in limbo in the transaction for days after the cancellation.
This was an extremely disappointing experience overall, and while I understand sometimes stuff happens, the fact that no effort was made to correct this, is very bad business for everyone.
