« All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. « The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight. We stayed here last year when...

« On arrival the man in reception was very welcoming, very pleasant. In fact all the receptionists were very friendly and efficient. The room was standard so not so big though it was very nice. I can’t understand how my sister booked the same type of room on the same date through hotels.com but at a much cheaper price than us. »

« The hotel has seen better days: it's a bit grubby in the corners and the fitments are ageing. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is quite good, but--strangely for an airport hotel--they don't start serving till 7.30. By 10.00 guests are meant to leave the hotel! »
