Hôtels près du Beck Center For the Arts à Cleveland

« Très bel hôtel dans un environnement très calme »

« The only complaint I had was that my sink faucet was extremely loose. Someone probably needs to go in there and replace it or tighten it down. »

« The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. »

« Très bien situé; mais le personnel ne donne pas l’information complète ex: rythme d’entretien de la chambre. »

« Staff was super! Breakfast was good! »

« Standard hotel. Some corridors were not clean. Rooms are large and confortable although. »

« The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender! »

« Toilet clogged, absolute nightmare. We have been given another room but same issue with the sink, personal seems high and no real interest on the hôtel maintaining. In short to avoid »

« Staff was very helpful »

« Got locked in and had to out an emergency exit room was not ready at check in time. Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. Front door did not work with card. A lot of issues with maintance. Not impressed »

« Bien aimé cette hotel, propre, calme et confortable. »
