The gardens completely surround Wangford Lodge, with a large patio area and large areas laid to lawn, inviting you to enjoy leisurely lunches in the sun, or evening soirees watching the twinkling stars in the night sky.

Step into this luxury cottage where most of the accommodation is on the ground floor.

The tiled entrance hall provides a good space on the left for boot storage as well as an under stair cupboard for coats and bags.

To the right, you walk into the fully equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances which includes a Rangemaster with 6 gas rings, built-in Neff dishwasher, built-in Neff washing machine and a full size freestanding Bosch fridge / freezer. A fabulous island sits in the centre providing more work space as well as wine storage, more drawers and cupboard space.

You step down into the dining area and living room with velux windows making it a bright and airy space. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench seat. The generous living space has 2 large sofas, 3 armchairs and a pouffe. There is a wall mounted Panasonic Smart TV. Bi-fold doors open up onto the large patio area bringing the beautiful outdoors in.

The hallway from the kitchen area leads to 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Stairs lead to the Master Bedroom with ensuite. This is an open space with a super king size bed, 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers, windows look out onto the garden, and velux windows make this a light and airy room. Walk along and there is a large shower cubicle on the right with a window above and at the end of the room you’ll find the WC, bidet, large sink and towel rail. Windows look out onto the garden.

Outside there is plenty of parking for 4 cars.
