« This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! « Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. The stairs to the backyard are a bit steep but a vacant lot is available at the end of the street just 3 houses away. « This house is a great find! It’s a cozy spot with excellent use of space. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the location puts you about 30-40 minutes from all things Pittsburgh. The house itself looks even better than advertised. It’s immaculate, the rooms are good sized and well decorated; the host provides everything from water and snacks to toothbrushes and other amenities. And if you need anything special they respond to messages promptly. If you stay here, we would highly recommend...

« This home is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy using it, and the gaming is outstanding. Its location on a main road makes it convenient to the highway and both downtown Pittsburgh and the airport, with many good restaurants, groceries, and shops within a 3 minute drive. It was an exceptional place to stay. »
