The Space



Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, this welcoming home offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out, relax and enjoy their time together.



The home features three comfortable queen bedrooms, with the main bedroom offering a private ensuite. The remaining two bedrooms share a well-appointed main bathroom, complete with a lovely large bathtub.



There are two separate living areas, giving everyone space to unwind, whether you're enjoying a quiet afternoon, watching a movie or spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the laundry facilities make longer stays even more convenient.



One of the highlights is the spacious outdoor deck, complete with comfortable seating and a BBQ. It's a lovely spot for relaxed breakfasts, afternoon drinks or enjoying dinner outdoors. The outdoor firepit provides another inviting space to gather and enjoy the fresh air.

A little note about the property: There is a separate granny flat on the same property that may be occupied by other guests. The main house remains exclusively yours, with separate access to the granny flat and no shared indoor spaces.



Guest Access



Guests have exclusive use of the entire main house throughout their stay, including all three bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry and outdoor deck.



The separate granny flat has its own entrance and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. There are no shared indoor spaces or entry points between the two accommodations.

Many of Beauty Point's local attractions, cafes and waterfront spots are just a short drive away, while some can also be reached on a pleasant walk.

Beauty Point is lovely to visit throughout the year, with each season offering something different to enjoy.



During the cooler months, settle in beside the cosy indoor fireplace after a day of exploring. When the weather is warmer, make the most of the spacious deck, firepit and BBQ area for relaxed outdoor dining and evenings together.

Other Things to Note



Late Checkout: A $50 fee applies if guests fail to check out by the agreed departure time, with an additional $50 charged for every subsequent 15-minute period.



No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.



No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property.



Separate Granny Flat: The granny flat on the property may be occupied by other guests during your stay. We kindly ask everyone to respect each other's privacy and keep noise to a considerate level.
