Villa Casa Is a modern home from home holiday experience. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom detached villa offers a beautiful outside pool with a water fountain and sun loungers and a pergola area facing the sun with a comfy seating area. There is a dining area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a private driveway for one vehicle. The upstairs of the villa is accessed via the kitchen door and has a separate stairway to a fully secure self contained part of the villa with its own bathroom and outside terrace with sun loungers and Mountain View’s.

Inside compromises of a lounge area with two settees, TV and wifi. There is a large modern fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a 6 seater table with all appliances included. There is also a washing machine and washing line available for use.

The villa is just a ten minute drive to the beautiful blue flag beaches including Mazarron Harbour town with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. For golf lovers there its an 18 hole golf course including its own club house with a restaurant and weekly entertainment which is a 10 minute walk away.

A 5 minute drive away is the ‘triangle’ filled with many bars, restaurants and cafes offering evening entertainment/karaoke nights and a taxi service nearby if needed.

A bank, super market, and an array of shops is only a five minute drive away from the villa and also a weekly market and a newly refurbished gym.

Villa Casa has a secure locked front gate and high walls to ensure privacy and safety for children.
