Why Knot Getaway...Rooftop with WaterView! Unit D

PRIME LOCATION! Why Knot Getaway is an adorable studio in Downtown Beaufort on Front Street overlooking the water of Taylor's Creek-great location for a coastal getaway! This prime spot is perfect for relaxing, strolling the waterfront boardwalk, and enjoying local shopping and restaurants. It also includes free parking with its own dedicated parking spot in the rear parking lot. Enjoy birds eye views of Beaufort, Carrot Island and Taylor's Creek on the common area rooftop and midfloor decking.

This is a 286 sq ft rooftop studio condo in a historic building in the center of downtown Beaufort. This unit has been completely renovated and designed and includes a comfortable queen bed with a Kitchenette and beautiful mosaic tile work in the shower and floors. There is a rooftop deck overlooking the harbor where you can enjoy sunrises or sunsets with your coffee or cocktails.

It is the perfect location to walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, museums and day cruises - use our free parking and not worry about driving until you have to leave! You are only a ferry ride away to the beautiful beaches of Cape Lookout. Also, you can take a boat tour to Carrot Island to sit on the beach, Sand Dollar Island to get bucket fulls of sand dollars or see the wild horses at Shackleford Banks. Feel free to bring your own boat and store it at the Beaufort Docks or Boathouse Marina as well. Lots to do and the perfect getaway!

Basically a really nice efficiency hotel room. It's the location and view from the rooftop deck that makes this property. Walking distance to the local places and waterfront. I recommend this property to all.

Great location, very quiet, super comfy beds & great AC!

We were in town for a fishing tournament so did not spend much time in room, however it was very clean & convenient!! We did enjoy watching the wild horses across the water while enjoying AM coffee on rooftop deck!

New Favorite Place to Stay

We love visiting Beaufort and normally stay at a nearby Inn. But we have found a new favorite spot at Why Knot Getaway! It offered the perfect amount of coziness for my husband and me. The location was ideal for visiting shops, restaurants and bars that we like to frequent within walking distance. And the rooftop view with our morning coffee was quite peaceful!

Very nice accommodation

Whyknot is an excellent place to stay if you are in the Beaufort area. Drinks on the rooftop deck taking in the comings and goings. Close proximity to the ferry tour companies. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. If you are looking for a central location on the crystal coast, why not is it.
