« We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection. »

« It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day. »

« When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello! »

« When asking for electronic laptop cable nothing was available. I think that having some extra electronic is a must for business travelers. »

« My family and I stayed for an evening. At first glance, hotel is clean and smells clean. Staff was attentive and nice to work with. In my room the only downside I had about my evening was that the sofa bed had leftover crumbs inside. If the cleaning staff could incorporate vacuuming the sofas that would be great. The pool had debris but was still nice. Overall, this was a good stay! Room was comfortable and clean. »

« I sat in the lobby trying to call the office for late check in for 30 minutes and could not get anyone to answer I ended up having to go to another hotel to get a room. I called the next morning to get a refund and was told “ I was working last night and didn’t get a single call” was told he needed to call his manger and would call me right back. I never got a call back or money back. »
