« For the age of hotel, it was clean. A/C is very old style and makes it very hard to control room comfort. Morning breakfast on 1 to 10 scale would be a (6) Just would be so much nicer if total update or a new hotel nr Casio like many other locations. »

« The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :) »

« We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups. »

« Conveniently located hotel for us in Petoskey while we visited family in the area. Was near shopping, restaurants and even a casino if you’re into that kind of thing. Only complaints we had were the fairly tight/limited parking and that the room walls didn’t seem to insulate sound very well. »

« Bed and bath linens were old and terribly stained. Air conditioner vents were soiled and packed with old grime. »

« Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. The property definitely needed sprucing up. There was much peeling paint, big water stains on the ceiling and the exterior looked very neglected. The bathroom was very small with a high bathtub that was tough to get in and out of. It was an old house, on a nice corner. But, we were a bit disappointed. »

« We came back to shower and the room had not been cleaned yet. Then we left and when we came back later on in the evening the room had not been cleaned. Some towels were taken but the bed remained in made and I had to call to get clean towels. We weren’t happy. »

« the room was very clean, staff friendly, the light breakfast due to the hotel being an Express was excellent. Our stay was just great and would stay their again. »

« No pool as advertised, disappointed there was no lake view. Wonderful lounge, bar, dining area. Harbor Springs is a gem »
