« It definitely needs updating. I always take my on linens. This time it was much needed. The bed skirt was soiled. I didn’t complain and tried not to let it ruin my vacation. The jacuzzi jets were not working and the gym was closed. We pay extra for these things and we don’t get them. »

« Really beautiful Property partially it looks like it’s still under construction. Although we didn’t hear any construction noise whatsoever. Was a very quiet, beautiful Property with a very fun interesting entrance. The check-in office is strange and is not a traditional check-in but nonetheless, the front desk staff were very nice upon checking in and showing us the property. The restaurant was beautiful but still disappointing. It was very highly priced and the food was in our opinion not good...

« The place although it seems to be stuck in the 80/90’s it is maintained mostly clean. Staff was nice not greatly helpful when it came to our A/C giving out at 11pm when we returned from our outing. The only solution since there was no technician to check it we where offered to open our rooms window (that has no screen or any sort of safety feature) and we where given a fan. The weather was nice so it was an ok solution. If you have children there you better plan to pay for their breakfast since...

« From when you get there the staff is super helpful, the valet, the front desk, the waiters at the pool, the cleaning lady that got us more towels and the waiter who brought us our food and even gave us some jalapeños on the side saying he feels it makes the burger better. The room we had was perfect, in the corner so we slept comfortable. It's near the stadium and sever restaurants shopping centers. This is the 2nd time we come to this hotel and it won't be the last. »

« Staff was not the best. Tried charging me because the room was max for 4 people and we had 4 and two little kids which I think isn’t a lot. Either way room was clean, the room was nice the balcony was nice. Very strict »

« Staff was ok, the perks that helped us didn’t smile or greet. Just very simple. Shower the design is bad, when you shower all the water come out, I had to use a towel to stop the water. Price was good »

« The rooms are very clean. All area magnificent beautiful views. The beach is like 100 feet from you Security 24/7 at all times. Paola is available for you if you need anything very quiet so much to do I can’t wait to go again the best of all I love the bed. I slept like a baby. »
