« The property definitely needs an upgrade!! My key card needed to be reset twice and I stood in line 20 minutes just to get help. Lines out the door and slow staff didn’t help! My AC was leaking and I slipped but Magee to catch myself on my bed. They now sell access to the hotel which means that the hotel is super busy and although I’m paying for my stay I have to deal with all kinds of people. I doubt we’ll be back, they need to do better!! »

« Really beautiful Property partially it looks like it’s still under construction. Although we didn’t hear any construction noise whatsoever. Was a very quiet, beautiful Property with a very fun interesting entrance. The check-in office is strange and is not a traditional check-in but nonetheless, the front desk staff were very nice upon checking in and showing us the property. The restaurant was beautiful but still disappointing. It was very highly priced and the food was in our opinion not good...

« The staff at the front desk was horrible. The lady did not give us any info. Did not show us where the elevator was or our room number. She didn’t give us info on pool Hours or breakfast buffet. I explained that I was charged an extra fee for my children and she refused to give me adult bracelets for them for the buffet. »

« From when you get there the staff is super helpful, the valet, the front desk, the waiters at the pool, the cleaning lady that got us more towels and the waiter who brought us our food and even gave us some jalapeños on the side saying he feels it makes the burger better. The room we had was perfect, in the corner so we slept comfortable. It's near the stadium and sever restaurants shopping centers. This is the 2nd time we come to this hotel and it won't be the last. »

« Staff was not the best. Tried charging me because the room was max for 4 people and we had 4 and two little kids which I think isn’t a lot. Either way room was clean, the room was nice the balcony was nice. Very strict »

« Staff was ok, the perks that helped us didn’t smile or greet. Just very simple. Shower the design is bad, when you shower all the water come out, I had to use a towel to stop the water. Price was good »

« The rooms are very clean. All area magnificent beautiful views. The beach is like 100 feet from you Security 24/7 at all times. Paola is available for you if you need anything very quiet so much to do I can’t wait to go again the best of all I love the bed. I slept like a baby. »
