Second Floor Living:
Step inside to a bright and inviting lounge featuring comfortable seating, a large Smart TV with a Bluetooth soundbar, and a stylish wet bar complete with a wine and beverage refrigerator. Just off the living area is a beautifully designed full bathroom with a spacious walk in shower.

This level also features three bedrooms. The first offers a queen bed, Smart TV, Xbox, dedicated workspace, large closet, and private balcony overlooking the street. The second and third bedrooms each feature queen beds, Smart TVs, and ample closet space. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor, along with elevator access to the upper level.

Third Floor Living:
The third floor is the heart of the home. The spacious open concept living room features two oversized sofas and a large Smart TV, creating the perfect gathering space after a day at the beach.

The beautifully appointed kitchen boasts expansive quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets with modern black hardware, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island that serves as the heart of the home. Start each morning at the home`s convenient coffee bar, thoughtfully stocked to help you ease into the day before heading to the beach.

The dining table comfortably seats six with additional seating for three at the oversized kitchen island.

The luxurious primary suite is located on this level and features a king bed, Smart TV, oversized walk in closet, vaulted ceilings, blackout curtains, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a large tiled walk in shower with glass enclosure.

Listing Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire townhome, including the private pool, rooftop deck, multiple balconies, garage, driveway, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces. The only exception is a few locked owner storage areas that are not accessible to guests. Although the home is attached to one neighboring unit, no entrances, living spaces, outdoor areas, or amenities are shared, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

Whether you`re here to relax on the beach or explore the island, this location puts the best of Beach Haven right at your doorstep.

Getting Around:
Beach Haven is one of Long Beach Island`s most walkable destinations. Many of the area`s best beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and attractions are just a short walk or bike ride away, making it easy to leave the car behind. If you`d like to explore the rest of Long Beach Island, driving is the most convenient option, though bicycles are a favorite way to get around during the summer months.

Listing Notes:
PARKING
There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and one vehicle in the driveway. Additional street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Please be sure not to block neighboring driveways or sidewalks.

MULTI UNIT BUILDING:
This is a single family attached home that shares one common wall with the neighboring residence. The home has its own private entrance, and all indoor living spaces, outdoor areas, pool, rooftop deck, parking, and amenities are exclusively for your use. Nothing is shared with the neighboring unit.

STAIRS/ELEVATOR
This home is spread across multiple levels. There are approximately 10-12 steps required to access each floor. A private elevator, which is accessible from the ground floor provides convenient access to every floor with the exception of the rooftop deck.

HVAC
The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Separate thermostats serve the second and third floors, allowing for personalized comfort throughout your stay.

SMART TVs
Smart TVs are located in both living areas and all four bedrooms. Guests can log into their favorite streaming services using their own accounts during their stay, we do not have cable.

POOL
The private pool is available seasonally. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk, and children should be supervised at all times.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
- No cooking with spices that produces excessive or lingering odors is prohibited - $1,000 deep cleaning fee if required.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- Overnight occupancy may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
- Do not disable, cover, unplug, remove, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, WiFi equipment, locks, or other safety or security equipment.
- Guests must follow all posted and property-specific parking instructions and are responsible for violations, tickets, or towing resulting from their vehicles.
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and other incendiary devices are prohibited.
-Guests may not enter locked closets, owner storage areas, roofs, mechanical areas, crawlspaces, or other areas designated as restricted.
- Electric vehicles, electric bikes, scooters, or other high-draw equipment may not be charged from the property`s electrical system unless specifically authorized.
-The property must be left in reasonably tidy condition. Extraordinary cleaning required beyond a normal turnover may be charged to the Guest.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Cooking & Kitchen Use: Please avoid cooking methods that produce unusually strong or persistent odors, including heavy frying, extended simmering, or excessive use of aromatic spices, that may remain in the home after checkout. Please use the range hood/ventilation and open windows when appropriate while cooking.
