Our family had a great mini vacation at this home. This was our first time renting on the Island since our family home was sold last year. The home had been in our family since the 60's, and LBI has always been near and dear to us. The house was perfect, thanks again!

Headed to LBI with family to commemorate my Dad's 15yr anniversary of his passing. Came across this new listing. Frank was very accomodating and answered all my questions promptly. The house is comfortable and clean and has everything you need for a beach getaway. Will definitely be back. Thanks again 😊

I decided late on Friday afternoon that I wanted to take my family down to LBI for the weekend, before summer ended and school started. I found Frank & Laura’s newly listed place and decided to go for it. After booking, I was able to easily reach Frank and confirm everything, and he actually offered an earlier check-in than the posted time, which worked great for us, since we have a baby and 2 other younger kids so we basically pack our entire house when we travel anywhere
 Everyone was super excited to get down and check out the place and we were not disappointed. The house was clean, had lots of VERY recent updates, and a few extras that I didn’t even notice in the pics or description like the outdoor shower. The furniture was fresh, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was brand new, including appliances. Air conditioning was cold and kept everyone comfortable at night. The location was amazing, and we didn’t get back into the truck until we were leaving - literally everything from morning coffee to surf shops to dining and entertainment was easily within walking distance, even with the kiddos. Overall I don’t think we could have been happier with our weekend. The kids had an awesome time, and my wife and I got to get one more little trip in before the fall. Thanks Frank & Laura for a great experience!
