« I was in town for a funeral. All three meals were provided by room service and they tasted wonderful. Staff was useful. Room was clean. Someday I would like to go shopping in the area. I wish they had a staff person that could have assisted with me with my hair. »

« I had 2 rooms. The floors and counters were dirty with grime and hair. The shower barely reached Luke warm temperature. One of the rooms the shower curtain was barely hanging on and the room had a strong smell of curry. The outside doors were always left ajar. The mini fridge froze my fruit and water bottles. Some of the staff didn’t seem too pleased to be there. »

« Thankfully everything was okay. But the reviews are what got me. Thankfully we were able to check in and all that but their system was down so we did not get a card to the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner as mentioned from others. The bedsheets were not cleaned and the bed itself isn’t that comfortable. Overall it wasn’t bad but I just wouldn’t recommend it. Nice on the outside but not so nice inside. Definitely do your research! »

« The emergency door next to the street in the staircase was broken and always wide open when I would leave my room. It felt unsafe and felt like they wouldn't address it correctly. I had to take the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe as well. It's a very dated hotel. So it's ok. But when we went out to the pool there was garbage everywhere and the pill just never felt like it was maintained often but just enough! Good breakfast, clean rooms, don't forget to request your room cleaned...

« Chambre neuve et belle mais sombre. Peu de lumiere. La clime ne peut pas s'éteindre et elle était tres bruyante. Difficile à dormir. Environnement et atmosphere de l'entré et du petit déjeuner moyen mais propre. Personnes serviable et correct except le language d'un des receptionists envers d'autres assez choquant. »

« The room definitely needs some work. The outlet for the TV was bad, had to wiggle it to work. The luggage rack on the wall was broken, no lamp on the nightstand between the beds, and a very loud AC unit, and no coffee maker, and no coffee available in the lobby area. Also no breakfast available. However the beds were comfortable. This room was supposed to not be available due to needing so much, however since due to my medical issues I cannot climb stairs to 2nd story, they offered this...
