« Evening receptionist unfriendly, elevator not operational and out off order not posted. Housekeeping lacking in supplying basic room essentials, soaps, coffee and condiments »

« Sweet peaceful spot. We enjoyed all the animals and the laid back vibe. Could use a new mattress but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. »

« Room was clean. Hallway carpet was gross. I felt dirty every time I walked down time hall. Breakfast was ok. Muffins and fruit were not replenished with more than am hour left in Breakfast service and hot food were cold. Location served our needs. »

« The front desk in the host were very polite and helpful. The valet was not friendly at all. It was a waste of money for us to be charged without any information. Use garage parking is complementary. The walls were extremely thin. We could hear every single conversation that our neighbor was having. The room was cleaned and extremely dusty. »

« Customer service by Alexis took a load off me when had an event @ the OMNI Star. Alexis was knowledgeable about the shuttle services offered by the hotel and she scheduled me right away. Matthew was a great driver and friendly. My room services provided during my staff were timely and provided the things we needed. Enjoyed my stay. »

« The staff, environment, room was amazing. But if you forget your charger and take the double side C charger out of your car, you're out of luck 😆 Bring that block with you every time. »

« Honestly, this place could use a major overhaul.. Although the gentleman behind the desk was very nice and accommodating, it was hard to look away and not notice how this motel was beyond low budget. I’m trying to be kind and respectful here. But if you could find a place that’s just $20 more, it may be worth it to stay elsewhere. The only reason we did not walk away is because we didn’t wanna have to deal with Expedia and we were in a hurry to get to an event that evening. »

« Front desk staff was very nice and for me checked in quickly. My biggest issue was the room. It was dirty. Hair covering the shower drain form previous guest and gum under the side table shelf between the beds. Only one elevator was operating as far as I could tell and it opened very slow and shaky. »
